Hire Penrith Conference Centre and you hire a venue that’s easy to tailor to your event. Choose a single room, or ask us about exclusive use hire, giving you the freedom of the entire centre – indoors and out – and the flexibility to use our smaller suites as ‘breakout’ rooms.
For training courses, teambuilding, large corporate events and wedding receptions, call us for your exclusive use price.
Food at Penrith Conference Centre
Every week, we’re busy catering for hungry rugby teams who expect healthy and hearty food – and lots of it. So when you ask us to cater for your event, you’ll find we already have years of experience finding tasty ways to satisfy large parties, special dietary requirements and themed events.
Prefer to provide your own catering? Take advantage of our fully equipped kitchen.

Fully equipped bars
You’ll find 3 fully equipped bars within the conference centre – one in the AW Jenkinson Suite, one in the Sponsors Lounge and a large bar in the social area. So whatever the scale of your event, we’ll have the bar capacity to match it.
Disabled access
Disabled access at Penrith Conference Centre includes spacious, wheelchair-friendly corridors, disabled toilet facilities and a lift to the Sponsors Lounge and Board Room.
Additional facilities
Become a member of Penrith RUFC to enjoy access to the fully equipped gym. Non-members can also book our squash courts. For fees and membership details, please call us.
